1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and cuci10 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cuci10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.

This agreement takes full effect from the date you register a cuci10 account or first use any of our services, whichever comes earlier. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cuci10 platform.

Cuci10 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the cuci10 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list or gambling limit program of any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not use this platform on behalf of third parties or for money laundering purposes.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence.

3Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on cuci10. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these terms. cuci10 uses an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Cuci10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from access to your account by another party due to your own negligence.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Cuci10 supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the chosen method.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.
• Cuci10 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Failed deposits due to bank errors will not incur any penalty; however, please contact customer support for resolution.

5Fund Withdrawal

Cuci10 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your cuci10 account.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks, which may take slightly longer in certain cases.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal is permitted, to prevent platform abuse.
• Winnings from bonuses may be subject to additional wagering requirements — please check the terms of each respective bonus.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Cuci10 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms and wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonus wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be fulfilled within the specified time frame.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Cuci10 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Some games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements — check the relevant promotion terms for more details.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in writing within the relevant promotion terms.

7Game Rules

All games available on cuci10 are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is publicly displayed for your reference.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck or chance alone.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, cuci10 will return all affected bets to your account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

8Acceptable Member Conduct

Cuci10 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Members found in violation of this policy will face immediate action.

• Any form of misconduct intended to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome of Live Casino games or any other games is prohibited.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes is a violation of these terms.
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other players will not be tolerated.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Cuci10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud or money laundering.
• The member has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or fraudulent.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci10 support team. Prior to closure, all valid funds in the account will be returned to the original registered payment method.

10Liability Limits

Cuci10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a member while using this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes — these are an inherent risk of gambling.
• Service disruptions resulting from pre-announced system maintenance.
• Damage to your device or system resulting from the use of the cuci10 platform.
• Actions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers, that are outside cuci10's control.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of cuci10 to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Responsible Gaming

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the cuci10 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci10 holds its licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration under the relevant jurisdiction.
